General Bonus Rules:

All activities carried out under your account are considered actions authorised by you, unless you have reported a loss of access to our team. megartp is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

Megartp reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence or confirmation of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Attempting to manipulate games or exploit platform systems.
• Request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting the MegaRTP customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal subject to the relevant terms and conditions.

For inactive accounts that have exceeded 12 months, a monthly administrative fee of RM 5 may be charged against the account balance. You will be notified before any charges are applied and given the opportunity to reactivate your account or withdraw your balance.

Megartp is committed to resolving all complaints and disputes in a fair, transparent, and efficient manner. If you have any complaint regarding your use of the platform, please follow the process below:

All disputes relating to game outcomes will be resolved based on megartp's server records, which are considered accurate and conclusive evidence. In cases where there is a discrepancy between what is displayed on your screen and the server records, the server records shall prevail.

Megartp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time based on operational needs, legislative changes, or regulatory requirements. All amendments take effect 7 days after official notice is issued, unless the amendment relates to urgent legal requirements.

Megartp is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform, including:

• Loss of anticipated profits or income
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control
• Technical failures or third-party internet disruptions
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence

These Terms and Conditions and all related disputes are subject to applicable law. The Bahasa Melayu version of this document is the version that applies for all legal purposes for users in Malaysia.
